GILLETTE- March 23, 2022- Local attorney Steven Titus, has purchased the Wyoming Mustangs Indoor Football team from the South Dakota-based Pick-Six Entertainment in an all-cash deal that brings team ownership to Gillette.
โIt is exciting to bring ownership home to Gillette. The Mustangs are fortunate to have the commitment of amazing community partners and I am excited to keep the resources of these partnerships here at home for the benefit of the Mustangs. There will be no cost spared and no excuse accepted as to why the Mustangs wonโt be in the annual running for a national championship. My first move as Owner will be to re-hire former General Manager/CEO Del Shelstad back as General Manager/CEO and give him an equity stake in the organization. I have zero doubt that Del and his wife, Nicole, will bring the pride and passion that they bring to Campbell County to the Mustangs Organization. With Del as our CEO, we will win championships.โ
